ImportQIF Documentation - VERSION 6.0.28.0
Requirements
ImportQIF has been tested on Quicken 2004-Subscription version US/Canadian, Windows XP and up. It is also been reported it works on the Australian version of Quicken from Rekcon if you use the option Converted.QIF date format set to DMY. For non-US/Canadian/Australian versions of Quicken/financial institutions please look at this link for possible problems. For reading Excel files you have to have Excel installed on your machine. Support of Excel files has been tested with Excel 2003, 2010, 2013, and 2016, Office 365.
Warning!! Quicken Subscription breaks a lot of the QIF transaction import functionality.
See details here.
Starting with ImportQIF 5.0.0.0 you can now convert from CSV/Excel format to QFX format so the Quicken's transaction matching and category selecting systems can be used. But this requires that you use a supported version of Quicken.
